Overview of the “Pokémon Ecology Encyclopedia” Themed Merchandise
A new line of merchandise inspired by the book Pokémon Ecology Encyclopedia is scheduled to be released in Japan on June 18, 2025. The collection includes a variety of educational and fun items, such as a “Japonica Sketchbook” with a bonus feature that teaches about Pokémon flight abilities, and an A4-size clear file designed with the daily rhythm of Pokémon life.
Also included is the “Spinning Animation” toy, which creates the illusion of moving Pokémon when the tube is rotated. This item is a DIY paper craft, making it perfect for school research projects.
In addition, a T-shirt featuring land-based Pokémon is available in two sizes, ideal for parent-child matching outfits. The “2-Way Drawstring Knapsack” can be used both as a backpack and a tote bag, making it a versatile everyday item.
These goods will be sold at Pokémon Center locations across Japan, with online sales starting at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 18 via the Pokémon Center Online.
