Pokémon announced today (February 2, 2024) that they will release new Pokémon Card Game products “Battle Academy” and “Anywhere, Anytime Battle Academy” on March 8.
What is “Battle Academy”?

Additionally, it comes with a guide to learn the rules, enabling those who have never played the game to start battling immediately. This set is expected to spread the fun of the Pokémon Card Game to more people.
Content of the New Pokémon Card Product “Battle Academy”
“Battle Academy” is perfect for beginners wanting to start card game battles. The set includes Pokémon coins, damage counters, poison/burn markers, playmats, and more. It also contains four types of decks: “Pikachu ex Deck,” “Nyao-ha ex Deck,” “Gekkouga ex Deck,” and “Lucario ex Deck,” allowing for immediate gameplay.
A rule guide is provided for beginners’ ease of play. The set also includes a storage box to prevent clutter, making it easy to organize. The price of “Battle Academy” is 3,290 yen (tax included).
Furthermore, the pocket version “Anywhere, Anytime Battle Academy” is also available.
