Overview of YAMATO Lab.’s Collaboration with Hello Kitty
YAMATO Lab. is set to release collaboration items with Hello Kitty on August 23 in Japan. These items will be available at the summer festival event “Ulabon-e,” hosted by YAMATO Lab., as well as on the official YAMATO online store. YAMATO Lab., which opened in the fall of 2023, is a gallery and shop with Keisuke Kanda, the designer of “keisuke kanda,” serving as the creative director.
This collaboration includes four unique items: a kimono dress (60,500円) that can be worn over clothes, which was originally presented by Keisuke Kanda and “KIMONO by NADESHIKO” in 2020; a tenugui (2,200円) featuring the katakana text “ハローキティ”; a half-width obi (22,000円) available in red and navy; and a yukata (49,500円) with a Hello Kitty peeking print.
