Overview of the Sanrio Characters × Mochikichi Collaboration
Mochikichi Co., Ltd. and Sanrio are teaming up for the first-ever collaboration, launching in Japan on March 18, 2025. This special release features three limited-edition snack cans decorated with popular Sanrio characters: Hello Kitty, My Melody (celebrating her 50th anniversary), and Kuromi (celebrating her 20th anniversary).
Each can contains a mix of “Mochi no Omatsuri Komachi” rice crackers in Salad Flavor and Plum Zarame Flavor. In addition, one of six original stickers is randomly included in each can. Fans can purchase their favorite can individually or opt for the complete 3-can collector’s set. Both versions come with a specially designed carry bag, making them perfect for personal enjoyment or as a gift.
“Mochi no Omatsuri Komachi” is a mini version of the long-beloved Mochikichi classic rice cracker “Mochi no Omatsuri,” made with high-quality domestically grown Koshihikari rice and known for its light, crispy texture.
