Overview of the Tezuka Osamu Characters Suwarase-Tai
Bandai Vendor Business Division is set to release the “Tezuka Osamu Characters Suwarase-Tai,” the first in the popular “Suwarase-Tai” series to feature characters from Tezuka Osamu’s iconic works, in early September 2024. This series consists of adorable, seated figures, standing approximately 4 cm (about 1.57 inches) tall, designed specifically for Gashapon machines. Each figure can be purchased for 400 yen (including 10% tax).
The lineup includes four beloved characters: Pinoko from Black Jack, which celebrates its 50th anniversary, Unico, the protagonist from Unico, Atom from Astro Boy, and Leo from Jungle Emperor. These figures will be available in toy stores, official Gashapon Bandai shops, and other retail outlets across Japan.
