What is Tirolian?
Tirolian has been around for 60 years.
It is a Western confectionery product released by Chidoriya in 1962 and is a registered trademark of Chidori Manju Sohonten Co., Ltd. Tirolian has been loved as a souvenir from Fukuoka and as a popular snack in many households. The recipe comes from the traditional method passed down in the Tyrol region of Austria, with Chidoriya adding their special touch by filling roll cookies with cream, lovingly made by Chidoriya.
